Q. How do the Two-Bit Clips work?
The two-bit clip holds parts of many sizes or odd shapes together for installation. The clip is made up of a washer, screw and saddle. It fastens in the glue joint, giving the bond extra support and more accurate alignment.
Q. Why does Plastrglas use chopped strands of fiberglass in their spray method in lieu of fiberglass batt layers?
Plastrglas’ spray method guarantees:
- Multidirectional fiber arrangement providing uniform strength is all directions.
- Total fiber encasement which insures that the matrix completely surrounds the fiber and gives optimum tensile strength.
- Consistent fiber to matrix weight ratio remains constant from piece to piece regardless of shape or size.
